70% of the employees of Handan Chuanding Power Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. are villagers in the countryside, and they have basically returned home during the Spring Festival holiday, and the labor force after the holiday is seriously insufficient; In the face of sudden epidemic, which coincides with the Lunar New Year, there is a shortage of epidemic prevention materials in urban areas, and our company lacks experience in such emergencies. A series of difficult problems make it seem that the resumption of work in our department is in the foreseeable future. After being informed of the above situation, Liu Zhanqu, head of Yongnian District Standard Development Committee, took the lead in coordinating functional departments such as Yongnian District Environmental Protection Bureau, Yongnian District Development and Reform Commission, Handan Municipal Health and Health Commission, etc., and on the premise of ensuring that enterprises strictly abide by the norms and requirements of disease control, they thought, were anxious for enterprises, and had difficulties in running enterprises, and actively communicated and coordinated with various departments. On the one hand, the main person in charge personally went to the factory and workshop for inspection, inquired about the epidemic prevention and control measures in detail, and guided the acceptance and resumption of production and preparation of materials; On the other hand, when we learned that our company had insufficient medical disposable masks, we coordinated to help the masks, which solved the rare problem of masks for us and avoided the crisis of the second shutdown of our company.
