3. The installation height and spacing of the fire-fighting piping supports shall be formulated in accordance with the design requirements and fire-fighting regulations.

 

4. The size and shape of the fire-fighting pipe bracket should be determined according to the conditions of the construction site. Note that the larger the pipe diameter, the larger the angle iron used.

 

5. It is forbidden to use gas welding to open the holes on the fire-fighting pipe bracket, and the hole diameter should be 1-2mm larger than the screw diameter.

 

6. When making the stent, the sharp cut should be polished smoothly to prevent harm to the human body.

 

7. When the fire pipe support is installed on the beam, the position of the expansion bolt should be above the center line of the beam.

 

8. The maximum allowable distance between the fire pipe supports and hangers is mainly determined by the vertical load, which should meet the strength and rigidity conditions.

 

9. Large-caliber fire-fighting pipeline valves need to be supported by independent installation brackets, and pipeline brackets cannot be used as support.

 

10. The installation position of the fire-fighting pipe bracket and hanger should not hinder the spraying effect of the sprinkler.
